We have furnished rooms available in a relaxed shared student house on Brunswick Street, approximately 15–20 minutes' walk from Swansea University and around 5 minutes from Swansea city centre.

The house is particularly suited to students who would like a quieter, respectful place to live and study while still being within easy reach of the university, shops, restaurants, transport and city centre.

🛏️ THE ROOMS

All available rooms are fully furnished and include a double bed, with space for studying and storage.

Single occupancy prices currently start from £380. plus one XL room at a higher price of £485 these are fixed but can change pending terms

Couples may also be considered for a suitable larger room by prior agreement.

One of the more unusual features of the house dedicated cinema , complete with:

The property also includes a shared living room, fully fitted kitchen, garden/patio area, useful attic storage and on-street parking nearby subject to availability and any local permit requirements.

🍽️ WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The kitchen includes a Miele washing machine, tumble dryer, American-style fridge/freezer, additional fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and cooking equipment.

Crockery and general kitchenware are also provided.

🔥 MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

British Gas emergency breakdown cover is in place for heating, plumbing and electrical problems at no additional cost to occupiers, giving added reassurance if something goes wrong in the house.

💡 BILLS

Gas and electricity are currently managed through a pre-payment system, allowing housemates to keep control of their own energy usage.

Water is metered.

Previous/current average household utility contributions have been approximately £55 per person per month, although actual costs will depend on usage.

💰 RENT & DEPOSIT

Rooms are offered for single occupancy unless otherwise agreed.

Current rooms rents: one a 4 week payment plan via Paypal

Deposits are protected through an approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.

We are looking for responsible students who want a comfortable, peaceful and cooperative shared home.

Postgraduate, PhD and mature students are particularly welcome, although applications from other responsible full-time students are equally welcome.

The house is intended to be somewhere everyone can relax and study while respecting their housemates and neighbours.

We simply ask everyone to keep shared areas reasonably clean, respect each other's privacy, avoid excessive late-night noise and treat the property as their home.
