Room 4 is available immediately.

Smart 5 Bedroom shared house with generously sized bedrooms fully furnished and ready for occupancy.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine and a tall fridge freezer and there is also under counter fridge and freezer provided in the living area for extra storage.

Room 4 has a half ensuite toilet and basin only..

The living room is a great space with room to work or to relax with comfy sofas and large smart TV.



The property has a bathroom with large “L” shaped bath, toilet and basin and also a shower room which is complete with toilet and basin.



The local area has convenience stores and a bakery within a few minutes' walk. Swansea town centre and uplands are both within 10 minutes walking distance which has great bars, clubs' cafes and restaurants.

There is also very good bus links in and around Swansea

We look to make your experience as pleasant as possible and provide: -

All bills are included (gas, electric, water, Counsel tax and broadband)

A fortnightly cleaner who will clean the communal areas of the property to ensure the house is kept clean and tidy and pleasant place to live in.
