Proof of university course enrolment and UK guarantor is required. Rent is paid termly in advance.

The house is located in a quiet residential area so is ideal for students to concentrate on their studies. A separate shower and wc are on the ground floor; a bathroom with separate shower and bath tub; and a separate wc are on the first floor. Enclosed rear garden ideal for those summer barbecues. A superb house in an extremely convenient location to Bay Campus.

Note: Bay Campus is within easy walking distance. Singleton Campus is 5 miles away from the house and from Bay Campus.
