Portia Terrace is one of the nicest streets in Mount Pleasant. It is quiet, as there is no threw traffic (from town) but is a short walk to town and has ample resident parking. It also boasts beautiful views over Swansea bay and to Mumbles head.

Lodger will have private use of a bedroom and communal use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden.
