If you're looking for somewhere relaxed, friendly, and easy to live in, we now have 3 rooms available in our professional/postgrad house just off Fabian Way on the East side of the city. 🎁 Plus special offer of first weeks free rent and security deposit only £250 for a more affordable move.
The house has a really nice balance, sociable and welcoming, but definitely not a party house. Current housemates are 2 guys and 1 girl, all working professionals, based locally or over at Bay Campus.

Room 1 – £500pcm
A smaller but bright and cosy first-floor room overlooking the front of the house. A great value option with plenty of natural light, fully furnished with storage and a comfy bed.

Room 3 – £520pcm
A good-sized first-floor room overlooking the rear garden, with views east across the city. Fully furnished with comfy bed and good storage.

Room 6 – £545pcm
A spacious second-floor room with fantastic elevated views across the east side of the city. Ideal if you’d like a bit more space and privacy.

The house itself is a spacious three-storey home in a quiet residential street, shared by professionals and postgrads only.
