Me and my husband live in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul de sac. We are a young couple who works Monday to Friday and mostly spends our weekend going for a nice walk or visiting family. We are pretty chilled and easy going.

I work in Singleton Hospital and my husband works in hospitality.

We are offering our double bedroom which has a queen bed and 2 double wardrobes.

You can also have your own private living room with a sofa, perfect for studying or relaxing outside your bedroom.

We can share a large kitchen and dining room. Full access to backyard garden and patio area with washing line. If you like gardening then maybe we can start it together. 😅

Shared bathroom with standalone bath tub and separate shower.

On street parking available too!

Tesco Extra about 5 minute drive.
Bus Stop just a few minutes walk, just outside the cul de sac.
Singleton Hospital about 10 minutes drive. We can even offer lift if schedules are similar.
Easy access to M4 motorway, fforestfach retail park and town centee. All within 10 minute drives.
