There is NO SMOKING INDOORS however you can smoke in the garden.
Every member of the household is expected to partake in house chores and there is a cleaning rota.
Bins are to be taken out every Tuesday night.
All bills are included bar the internet which is currently £33 ÷ by however many housemates are living here. With a full house the internet comes to £6.60 on top of the monthly rent.
The green room is £360 and the purple room is £350.
