The living room comes with a 42” smart television along with a radio set. Comfy couch area to relax and unwind in the evening.

The kitchen comes with lots of kitchen accessories and utensils. You will have access to an air fryer, rice cooker, toaster and electric grill.

The 3 Bed Rooms are incredibly comfy spaces.

The largest room in the house is front facing and gets most of the sunshine. A large double bed, mirror and an Ikea shelf.

The second room has a comfy bed along with a shelf, bed side table and a 18” monitor and printer. It also has led lights attached to the ceiling.

The third room is the smaller one in the house which has access to an amazing view of Swansea from the window. You also will have a comfy bed and a cupboard and study desk.

At the back of the property there’s a nice decking area with a picnic bench and shade to relax on sunny days.

In the backyard there are a few trees like green apples, pears, plums.

You will also have access to free car parking at the front of the property.
