Hi, I’m Jack – This is a beautiful 4-storey townhouse overlooking the beach, and I’m looking for someone to share it with.

The house is genuinely something special – loads of space, incredible sea views, and a really relaxed atmosphere.

Nearby:

*Mumbles is a 10 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute bike ride along the beach.
*Village Inn Gym is less than 10 minutes drive.
* The Observatory is a minute walk from the house and there are plenty of other places to eat and drink nearby in the Marina.
*Tesco Superstore is a 5 minute drive
*The M4 is a 15 minute drive
*Oxwich Bay Beach and Three Cliffs are a 25 minute drive

I’ll be living on the top floor, so there’s a really nice separation of space.

About me:
I’m easy going, sociable and house proud. I’ve got a great group of friends in Swansea and enjoy a mix of things – gym, cooking, watching sport, eating out and socialising.

I work for a mental health care company, and I also travel quite a lot (usually 6–8 weeks a year). Between that and being out with friends and family, you’ll get the place to yourself a fair bit.
