Two fully furnished double rooms available in a shared 3-bedroom house.
One room is available from the 1st of November, and the other is available from the 25th of November.
In the third bedroom, is my partner and I (one male, one female) who are both working professionals - Tom is a Carpenter and Danielle is a Chiropractor.
There are two shared bathrooms (one with a shower, and one with shower/bath)
There is a shared kitchen, and cosy living room, as well as a garden with a deck.
Bills are shared between all 4 people equally (wifi, water, gas, electric, council tax).
The house is just a 10 minute walk to Parc Tawe (Aldi, Lidl, Flashpoint, JD gyms), 10 minute walk to the marina, 15 minute walk to the city centre, and 20 minutes to the beach!
The train station and central bus station are both approx 20 minutes to walk, and there are many bus stops near the house.
