Looking for a female professional to take over the position of my current housemate in our beautiful seaside flat in swansea marina. I currently work 8:30-17:00, monday-friday, but from september onwards will be working from home so another female professional would be ideal <3
The flat is a safe, welcoming space for both of us to be able to relax and work. Due to the nature of my job, I cannot accept drug users including those who smoke weed.

- on swansea bay, close to town
- shower + bath. Will have your own bathroom!
- quiet area

- designated parking spot + 1 visitors permit

Rent is £550PPM not inc. Bills
With bills, rent comes to around £765PPM with council tax, WiFi, utilities, insurance etc. This can be discussed in person.
