Double room available in a clean, modern and comfortable home, with shared kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces. The house has a friendly and sociable atmosphere while still offering plenty of space and privacy.

I’m looking for an easy-going, tidy and respectful professional to share my house with. Having lived in house shares myself, I understand the importance of having your own space, while also enjoying a friendly and sociable home. I’m keen to find someone who is respectful of the house and understands the balance between work, socialising and personal hobbies.

The house is ideally located with easy access to the city centre and Uplands, with local amenities and transport links nearby. On-street parking is available and there is an additional free permit available to apply for.

I’m sociable and enjoy playing sports, going out and spending time with friends, but also value my own downtime. I’m occasionally away at weekends for holidays, visiting friends or attending music events. I do occasionally have friends visit or stay over, but this isn’t regular. You would also be welcome to have friends and family visit the house.
