Lodger wanted

I’m looking for a lodger, the postcode is SA1 6XN it’s only 15 minutes walk to the station. The rooms at the back of the house so it’s nice and quiet. There’s a small double in there with wardrobe, cabinet , desk and bedside table. I’m looking for £650 all bills included.

I’m 35 my job fell through that I moved here for so I’m trying to get something sorted, dietitian by trade. Welsh but have been in London for 14 years. I’m pretty easy going and open minded in spending my days visiting family and watching the tide come in and building flat pack furniture… not good at that bit.

There’s a front and back garden which are a bit of a project but should be great by next summer. 2 reception rooms both with sofas and tvs one has a dining table and the sofa can turn into a bed. Kitchen has everything u need dishwasher and air fryer aswell, there’s a patio area with a table and then bathroom with a nice big shower.
