The room is available for immediate takeover, and here is the catch that makes it worth your while: the rent is already paid until 15 November 2026, so you move in now and pay nothing until 1 November 2026. That is roughly six weeks of living rent-free while you settle in.

What that means for you:
You move in straight away, and your first instalment of £640.71 is not due until 1 November 2026. From there, your payments are eight instalments totalling £4,583.55, which works out at about £100/week for ensuite, all-bills-included accommodation including your rent-free weeks. NO RENT DUE in June, July or August; the final instalment in May covers the period until the end of the tenancy on 21 August 2027.
