Three furnished double rooms in a friendly, well kept house in Manselton, available now for working people who need somewhere comfortable without a long contract.

Everything is included in the payment: gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi and a weekly clean of your room. Free off street parking, and there is a bus stop about 50ft from the front door with routes into the city centre. Morriston Hospital is a short drive away, so the rooms suit NHS staff, locums, agency workers and contractors working in the area.

You would share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with me and one other lodger. I live here myself and keep the place clean and quiet. There is a small front garden.

Rooms are furnished and ready to move into, with bed, storage and fresh bedding. No deposit and no long commitment. Stay a few weeks or a few months, whatever suits the job. Payment is taken in advance and we agree an end date up front so everyone knows where they stand. Shorter stays considered, and a weekly rate is available on request.

I have a small, friendly dog, so please bear that in mind if you are allergic or nervous around dogs. Sorry, no other pets and no smoking inside.
