This house is in a quiet residential area just off Fabian Way with lots of local shops, take-aways and post office the bus stop route across the street.

The numerous bars, restaurants and gym facilities just 5 minute and the town centre is 10 minute walk away.

The large double furnished bedrooms have a TV point, excellent high speed broadband available, and iPod docking station.

They are furnished with double wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, side lamp, luxury double bed & mattress and even with bedding ready to move in (if required at extra cost)!

The rooms are over 3 floors with the top floor having views of the SA1 area and Swansea Bay.
