Light & Spacious Double Room in Mumbles

Spacious, light, and airy double room in my house, open to long & short-term lets. Please get in touch if you need a short-term arrangement.

My home is located just outside of Mumbles near Oystermouth Castle. Several beaches are within a 15-minute walk, with more stunning beaches and countryside further afield!

Mumbles and its shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk away.

I am looking for a single professional. You must be respectful, clean, and tidy.

You will have access to:
* A large double bedroom
* A hallway with storage
* A cozy lounge
* A large open-plan kitchen and utility room
* 2 bathrooms, both with a shower
* A large south-facing garden that gets the sun all day!

The house is furnished and I can provide bed linen and towels if needed.

Bills: Council tax (Band E), water, WiFi, and all other utilities are included in your monthly rent. Gas and electricity are split 50/50—current direct debit is £155/month total (£77.50 each), though this fluctuates with usage and seasonal changes. All bill statements and usage statistics will be shared for clarity.

There is no TV license, so BBC is not available via standard aerial or iPlayer, but I have Roku sticks so you can log in to your own streaming services.

Pets are welcomed, within reason! I also have a friendly dog. Please let me know if you want to bring a pet.
