Quiet professional room available in a calm home in a prime Mumbles / Swansea coastal location, close to the beach and well placed for coastal walks, sea swimming, running, cycling, and an outdoor lifestyle.

The house has a large garden and a peaceful atmosphere.

A quiet desk / working space can be made available by arrangement.

One of two rooms is available, although I am only looking to take on one lodger at present.

Option 1: Double room with king-size bed, bedside unit, single wardrobe, and cupboard space above the bed. Shared bathroom. £800 pcm, bills included subject to reasonable use.

Option 2: Larger double room with double wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The room is currently shown unfurnished, but can be provided with a double bed before move-in. £950 pcm, bills included subject to reasonable use.

This is not a party house or a conventional student-style house-share. It is a quiet home, best suited to someone tidy, considerate, independent, and respectful of shared space.

The arrangement would be as a lodger in my home, not a tenancy or sublet. Shared use of kitchen and living facilities by agreement.

References required. No smoking indoors but there is an outdoor sheltered area. No parties. Overnight guests only by prior agreement.
