The property is located on the gateway to the Gower peninsular, the first area of outstanding natural beauty, which contains many stunning beaches. Being within easy reach of Central Swansea, Swansea and Metropolitan Universities, Singleton Hospital & Killay Precinct as well as the Gower makes it an all round property. More suited to a driver as busses can be unreliable.
A large private enclosed back garden has BBQ, garden furniture including patio chairs and table and an outside toilet. Shared facilities include bathroom, with separate toilet, kitchen and sitting room. A compact kitchen has hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is situated in the garage. Unlimited broadband is available.
There is parking at the property & room to store a bike.
All bills are included in the rent.

I am looking for a quiet, clean, tidy and respectful person, who is not very interested in late nights and partying, as I am a professional person & a Community First Responder, a volunteer with the Ambulance Service.
