I live in a townhouse in Bathgate and renting out the entire top floor of the house.

There are 2 bedrooms of the same size. One has a king size bed, the other has a day bed.

You would have the whole top floor.

On the middle level, there is a bathroom and an ensuite so technically 2 bathrooms (plenty of space).

I would want the person renting to have their own livingroom therefore, you could turn one bedroom into a livingroom, we would only need to share the kitchen.

I have a lovely large spacious garden. I use the drive, but there is parking in the street.

the bedrooms have fully fitted double wardrobes, decorated well with nice carpet and furniture. I also have a garage for storage of bikes etc which you are welcome to use.

IMPORTANT: I will be doing a full disclosure check on anyone shortlisted. I will also request 3 month's bank statements and a professional reference.

All bedroom photos shown would be your rooms. Have also photographed the hall showing the 2 rooms and toilet on top floor.

I have a friendly dog, so I cant have any more pets in the house (sorry). I love them but it's my dogs home.
