Large room in seaside village

Recently renovated flat, still a few bits of DIY to finish. Photos of room are before final finishes (the room will be finished with pictures, mirror and bedding (use your own if you wish)). A large room with king-size bed, table/desk with chair and comfy chairs. Own entrance to flat. Share kitchen and bathroom. Must have a car as only a few buses to Blackness village. Parking outside flat on street. Flat is in quiet village, has views of Forth and fields. Park and ride from Linlithgow rail to Glasgow or Edinburgh and towns on those lines or to Edinburgh on Express bus from Forth Road Admin Building.

I have a dog, she's quiet and fun. A cat would not work but a dog may. Not suitable for those working full-time from home. No parties or loud music. I work from home as a Wellness Coach and in venues delivering workshops. I have a campervan and away now and then.

Walk from the flat to the beach, Blackness Castle, John Muir Way, walk along Forth to Bo’ness or to South Queensferry.
Short lets only, no registering for Council tax or electoral roll. Deposit required if staying more than 2 weeks.
