En suite double room for rent in East Calder cottage, bills included.

Private en suite with a shower, and excellent private storage. Currently furnished with a bed and an antique desk but if not required this can be removed.

Free use of living room, kitchen and there is also two gardens you can use. Any larger belongings can be stored in the outdoor garage if required. There is space on the drive for a car.

Netflix and prime video available downstairs.

I have a friendly dog who follows me everywhere, I would consider a house mate who also has a dog (garden is enclosed) subject to them getting on okay!

I work shifts so am often out of the house during the day and nights so you'd often have the house to yourself.

Easy going live in landlord!

Walking distance to train and bus links directly to Edinburgh and Glasgow, shops, pubs, cafe, farm shop, barbers, country park.
