- 1 spacious King-size bedroom – £650 per month
- 1 large Double bedroom – £600 per month

The house is located just a 10-minute walk from Livingston North Train Station, with excellent transport links—only 18 minutes by train to Edinburgh and 40 minutes to Glasgow.
