Hi there, I am a live in landlord looking to rent out a room in my 4 bedroom house. I am only looking to rent one room out as. It is a 3 storey townhouse in Livingston with good transport links. Ground floor has a kitchen/family area, utility room with washer/dryer and wc. Second floor has the rented room and your own bathroom. Third floor is my bedroom and office. I work from home but do so on the top floor. There is a lovely front and back garden in a quiet but lovely neighborhood. Parking is available with Morrison’s, BP petrol station, Livingston North station. Train in to Edinburgh Waverley take 21minutes, and bus stop on the main road into Livingston shopping centre. I am a low key easy going live in landlord.
