I am renting a double furnished bedroom with spare bathroom. in Livingston areas with shops close by such as farm foods, co-op, Pizza Hut and others. aswell as st johns hospital and Livingston centre close by in walking distance. easy access to trains and bus stops. this property is council tax band D. communal areas such as living room/kitchen and balcony area.

I am a live in landlord essentially and am working part-time while also studying at university.
