I have a double room available in a two-bed flat in a popular and very central area of Livingston.
Location wise, it's very close to the shopping centre and just a 2 min walk from Puregym & JD Gym.
It's a lovely, quiet area. There's also plenty of free on-street parking if you drive.
I bought the flat 3 years ago and have been renting the room to a friend since then who is now moving out.

A bit about me - I'm 34 and work in banking in Edinburgh. I go to the gym across the road now and again and enjoy cooking, football and my slightly weird interest, is philosophy. My partying days are well behind me, but I do enjoy a glass of wine or two.
I'm hoping to share the flat with someone who's easy-going, considerate and tidy, and who'll treat it as a home!
