Double room in Livingston

I am currently looking for a flatmate.
The flat is spacious with lots of storage space.
The room is double with plenty of room. It has fitted double wardobes.
The shared bathroom will mainly be used by yourself as the property has two bathrooms.
The kitchen is large and has plenty of room for storage.
The livingroom is spacious and has a terrace.

The flat itself is located centrally. The flat currently has one parking space. I do not drive so would be happy for this to be used.
The flat is near the major shops and transport links but also not very noisey.
Just a little note the photos are a little outdated and the flat has some more updated furnishings in places. *I will post up to date photos soon*

The bills roughly come to £30/40 per month per person. This includes wifi, gas and electricity.

I am currently looking for a flatmate to share costs. I am a teacher and work nearby. I am socialable but also like time to relax on my own. I dont mind some mess but like to keep areas clean especially communal areas so would appreciate someone who also feels this way.
