City of Edinburgh easily and quickly accessed via either Bathgate or Linlithgow train stations but would need own transport to get to the stations. Spacious king sized bedroom, new luxury mattress and bedding, extremely comfortable and cosy. Friendly owner (artist) looking to share the space with the right person. Must be clean and tidy and expected to clear away as they go along. Access to the laundry room, kitchen, dining area as well as own bathroom. The kitchen area is well equipped more than happy to share all my cooking/entertaining bits n bobs. All furniture new and high end contemporary. Cosy wood burning fire in a very warm happy home.
