Lovely big room 20 min train to Edinburgh

I am letting one or two rooms in my beautiful, large Georgian house. The rooms have large windows with a nice view onto the front garden and the village of Torphichen.

Torphichen is 20 minutes on the train to Edinburgh Waverley (from Bathgate station) and I drive down there every morning if you need a lift. I am happy to return in the evenings as well.

Ideally, I am looking for female lodgers or a couple.
The house is shared with myself and my one-year-old son and we are there half of the week. I lecture part-time at Edinburgh University and my partner lives nearby.

Potentially, I would be interested in renting two rooms to a couple or young family. There is a large bathroom opposite the room. There is also another spare room on the same floor that has an ensuite (£550 per month). The rooms can both be furnished with double beds if required.

Torphichen is a really great spot if you like history as it has in it a large Preceptory dating from the 11th Century. The village is close to Linlithgow and Bathgate, with a range of supermarkets and nice shops and cafes. The walks in and around the village are beautiful, as are nearby Beecraigs and Muiravonside parks.
