Room / House available in Winchburgh

In my new build house, I have a double room available to rent from September.
I am waiting for the bed to be delivered before I upload photos!

I work away quite a lot, so you would have a lovely house to yourself alot of the time!
I’m back for long weekends / working from home odd days / annual leave etc.

The house is in a quiet new build area, with a good sized enclosed garden.
Easy walking distance to the canal in Winchburgh and other country walks.

There is a bus stop only a 5 min walk away going toward Edinburgh or Linlithgow in opposite direction.

Also train stations close by in Linlithgow or South Queensferry are probably the closest.

At the moment I am advertising 1 bedroom, may change that to 2 for rent if I am away alot.
