This is a double room available at the beginning of June in a professional house share in a quiet cul-de-sac in Acocks Green, Birmingham. It is a 3 bedroom house. There are 2 other people living here, myself, Amy (I own the house) and also Sue (a lodger). I have a lovely, cheeky cat called Dooley. I am a primary school teacher and Sue works nearby at Holland and Barrett. We're both friendly and try to keep the place clean and tidy. We're not party animals and are looking for a friendly, respectful, professional, preferably female housemate who works daytime hours and doesn't get up before 7am (I'm a very light sleeper in the mornings).
The interior of the house is modern. Bedroom furniture includes: double bed with storage space underneath, triple wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk, chair and bedside table. It will be given a fresh coat of paint and new carpet before anyone moves in. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and shared with mainly just Sue. You'd also have access to the kitchen- diner, lounge and garden.
We are a few minutes walk from bus stops and a variety of shops in Acocks Green centre and a 10 minute walk to Acocks Green train station.
Rent includes: fibre broadband, council tax, water, gas, electric and Netflix.
It will be available near the beginning of June. If you've got any questions, please feel free to ask!
