Only for those who are in receipt of benefits. Tenants must have support needs to live in the property e. g. Mental Health, Homelessness, Vulnerability, Domestic Violence etc. We offer excellent support tenants to help our tenants ensure they are claiming all their benefits, get help with any problems they may have, get back to work education, self-employment and other general help.

A weekly service charge of £21 is to be paid by the tenant
