The largest room shares a bathroom with only one other housemate and the dual aspect room shares a bathroom with only two other housemates.

We are looking for sociable, tidy, clean professionals to join the household, and make this their home.

Quiet location ideal for the Airport, NEC, Solihull, Coventry, Birmingham.

There is ample parking and a bus stop only a 5 minute walk away and train station only 8 minute walk away (getting you into the city centre in 6 minutes or Solihull in 7 minutes).

The house has super fast wifi, large double bedrooms, large kitchen diner with seating for 6 at the table, spacious sitting room, large conservatory with 2 sofas, patio garden with table and chairs ideal for barbecues and a lovely sun trap.

The house is beautifully decorated throughout, with maintenance completed quickly and a fortnightly cleaner.

You will need a £499 deposit, £150 rent in advance at the point of reservation and a uk homeowner guarantor.

*Rent includes:
Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Broadband, Fortnightly Cleaning Service to communal areas, Gardener.
*Working from home part time (whether occasional or regular) is additional £50/m rent.

The property is fully licensed with Birmingham Council, so you can be assured that all the necessary safety and amenity standards have been met, and often exceeded.

I am a considerate landlady who is a fully Accredited Member of the National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) and Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS).
