About the house
The house has a quiet, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is kept clean and tidy. I live at the property (female owner), along with my two cats, so you would only be sharing the house with me.
Shared areas include a spacious kitchen/diner, separate living room, bathroom, additional downstairs toilet and garden.

I'm looking for a friendly, clean and considerate professional who wants a peaceful home rather than a busy house share. It's important to me that whoever moves in also likes to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and is respectful of the home.

I have two friendly cats who are very much part of the household, so it’s important that whoever moves in genuinely likes cats and is comfortable having them around.
I’m sometimes away from home, so I’m looking for someone who would also be happy to feed/check on them when I’m not there if needed.
