The room is nicely decorated and furnished with a double bed (with underneath storage), a large fitted double mirrored wardrobe + shelves, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a desk & chair, and a lamp.
The house is newly decorated with shared bathrooms comprising of a big corner bath & shower, with storage for each tenant.
There is a large, well fitted kitchen leading onto the garden. You will have plenty of your own fridge and freezer space and your own cupboard / storage spaces. There is a dining area within the kitchen.
There is a large communal lounge for tenants to enjoy, t. v. Netflix etc..

All the bills are included, i. e., Electricity, Gas, Water & the Council Tax.
Good quality Wifi is also provided.
The house is well maintained.
It has a friendly, happy home vibe.
