Self contained room/kitchen with private access

Self contained studio style let, room with small double bed, en-suite and exclusive use of kitchen (note the kitchen is our utility room which we don’t use on the evenings and there is a lock between our house kitchen and the utility - hence it’s effectively self contained for your personal use). Private access to side of property and on road parking in a family neighbourhood area.

All bills included.

Room has a tv, kitchen has fridge, kettle, microwave and ninja oven.

We’re a family of 3 and are looking for someone who needs a Mon-Fri let and keeps themselves to themselves. We’ve successfully let the room for the past 3 years. Ideal for professional or HS2 worker who doesn’t want a shared style let but not looking for the hassle of a full private rental
