The house offers off street parking, CCTV and is within walking distance to Bearwood High street with easy access to the City Centre and walking distance to Fiveways and both the City & QE Hospitals and Birmingham University.

There is also easy access to the motorway network

Public transport is easily accessible to the City Centre shops restaurants and pubs.
