Hello, thank you for looking at our home. We have a beautiful one bed self contained apartment separate from the house available for a Monday to Friday let, with a parking space and its own side entrance. Ideal for a professional who doesn’t want to be staying in a hotel week on week.

The room is an open plan space comprising of double bed, kitchen and living area with an en-suite shower room.

We are in an ideal location for access to M42 links, within a 5 minute drive to Jct 4 and 5. Close to the HS2 location, NEC and Birmingham airport. We have Dorridge and Widney Manor train stations extremely close (you could walk or drive to either) to have links to London, Birmingham and most places you could want to go….

Bentley Heath village has a Co-op, coffee shop, Indian takeaway, post office and butchers all a 10 minute walk away and the local park is round the corner. The villages of Knowle and Dorridge have a larger number if shops and amenities and are within a 5 minute drive away. At Jct 4 of the M42 there is a virgin gym and a lovely nature reserve. Solihull town centre is 10 minutes away, with many shops and restaurants and there is a cinema, library and theatre.

With everything on your doorstep it will be easy to make this home from home for you to have a happier work/home life balance.

There is a courtyard area outside the apartment however the garden is not available for use.
