I am currently a student who has a flat in Lakeside Residences but am looking for someone else to take over for me as I have found another place. The residence is on Aston Univerisity Campus. You will be taking over the payments for my room through Unite Students. Once you have accepted the flat, I can the tenancy transferred over.
