This three-storey townhouse is located just outside Birmingham City Centre, offering a clean, quiet, and comfortable living space within walking distance of key spots around the city. It’s a short walk to New Street Station (15 minutes), China Town (8 minutes), and the National Express Coach Station (12 minutes), and around a 20-minute drive to Birmingham International Airport. The house is shared by a maximum of three people, ensuring a calm and relaxed environment.

The available bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double ottoman storage bed and a high-quality mattress. It also includes a study desk with a lamp, office chair, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a fitted wardrobe. You’ll have access to a bathroom next to the room, which is shared with just one other person at most, and there’s also a WC on the ground floor. The house is equipped with high-speed fibre broadband (please note there’s no dedicated parking space, but there is on-road parking around). The living room features a 55" Samsung QLED TV with access to popular streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Rent includes all bills, as well as use of kitchenware and appliances. Cleaning products, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and other essentials are all included in the rent.

I'm looking for a reliable, tidy housemate who values a clean and respectful shared living space. Friendly individuals who enjoy a bit of social time with housemates are especially welcome. Preference will be given to someone with a full-time corporate day job.
