To gain access to our properties you will need to be in receipt of benefits either ESA, JSA, Universal Credit, or PIP DLA etc .
Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional £15 per week service charge to cover Utilities. 1mth £30 service charge to secure room.
