Close to Birmingham university campuses, Aston university, Birmingham City University, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and City Hospital. Shops such as Tesco, Morrisons and Asda are within walking distance.

It is located in close proximity to City Centre, Sea Life Centre, Cadburys World, Millennium Point and Thinktank Museum.

I'm looking for professional, cool, neat, genuinely friendly people who are easy to live with and get along with others in a respectable manner. Mature students are welcome.

Who am I?
Kam (me!) has owned the house since June 2018. I can tell you that I'm a responsible, responsive and pretty nice landlord, which is kind of important, considering there seem to be a lot out there who aren't. I'm also very hands on. You will have access to my direct line, and if it's an emergency I'll get to you as fast as I possibly can if there's any issue e. g. maintenance. I'll get it looked at and repaired within 48 hours.
