The room would suit a post-grad, academic, or professional.
You would have full use of the kitchen and open plan living space, and use of the main bathroom (which is exclusively yours every other week), laundry room, utility and garden. The room also has a flat screen TV with access to all the usual free to view channels (you have the option of adding your own Netflix, etc, if wanted).
There is full fibre broadband and rent includes all bills, but not council tax.
