My home is located in Birmingham B25 a short distance walk (15 mins), to local Tesco , The swan Centre KFC, Boots, co op , Iceland. Public transport is 15 minutes walk to train station , 5 minutes walk to bus stop to go into Birmingham town centre. reliable and frequent bus route. Lots of parking available on the road, no cost or restrictions.
I am a clean and tidy individual, with an equally clean, tidy, modern and welcoming home.
I am looking for a clean and tidy person . Little about me I love walking, dancing, love for art and theatre and also enjoy an evening in watch movies and just chilling out. travelling, cooking, reading and spending time with friends and family.

No shoes inside the house.
No smoking or illicit substance misuse.
No pets.
