Cozy Room near City Centre and JQ

Welcome to our house! 😊

We have a cozy room available on the first floor in a peaceful residential area, with excellent connections to the city centre. Bills are included.

You’ll be sharing the house with a friendly and respectful group, currently a Spanish couple and a Lebanese friend. We all have our own routines and enjoy a calm, comfortable home environment, but we also like spending time together now and then, whether that’s watching a movie, having dinner or just chatting after work.

The bathroom shown in the advert will be the one you use, and it is shared with only one other person. It was fully renovated less than six months ago, us, the Spanish couple have our own private bathroom, so the space is comfortable and never crowded.

The house also includes:
• Parking available
• TV in the bedroom
• A large fully equipped kitchen
• Dishwasher
• American-style fridge with plenty of space for everyone
• Garden/outdoor space

The house is ideal for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with, who values a relaxed and positive atmosphere. We appreciate good communication, mutual respect and keeping shared spaces nice for everyone. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. If basic cleanliness and respectful coexistence are not your thing, this probably won’t be the right fit.

Location-wise, the house is very well connected:
• 10-minute walk to Jewellery Quarter train and tram station
• 3-minute walk to bus 101 with a direct connection to the city centre
