I have a newly refurbished large ensuite bedroom on it's own floor that I am looking to rent out. I am rarely there myself as have a business up north. There is female living there who is a professional and works in the nursing sector and works long hours and also works away. The property is located on a very quite road with only 10 houses on it. There is no through road so no passing traffic. I have no-one coming to the house so you can enjoy the house fully without being disturbed. There is plenty of car parking spaces in front of the house. The property on the ground floor has a clean washroom as you walk in on the right. The kitchen is on the left and ahead is a large living room with French doors which leads to a large garden. The 1st floor has a bedroom where a female tenant stays, master bathroom and my own room when I stay in Birmingham. The bathroom is kept extremely clean by myself and is only used by myself and the tenant on that floor. The second floor has a master bedroom with an ensuite that I am looking to rent out. The property has super fast fibre WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets and dishes. Living room has a large screen TV with all the sky TV channels, a big sofa and plenty of space to relax. I work as a IT Network Consultant. There are busses available 5 min from the house and get you into Birmingham City Centre within 5 min. There are loads of local shops walking distance for example, Asda, Matalan, Costa and many more.
