We have indoor cats and they are in the house all the time; so the room is available for cat friendly individuals only.

Unfortunately, we can only let the room for an individual who will not be bringing their friends or family into the premises.

From April until mid July I will be away my son will be managing the house and the room rental.
We are friendly and welcoming hosts who get along well with diverse group of people.

As this is not a house share please remember we cannot accommodate people who have so many things needing much more space.
