Room in New Build with private bathroom

Hi All,

I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom. I am a young professional living and working at a law firm in Birmingham. I work in a hybrid office and work from home about 50% of the time. I’m looking to rent out the room to another young professional :)

The property is a newly built townhouse in a new community. There's still some construction going on but my section of the development is done. The townhouse itself has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Additionally there is a fully stocked kitchen, living/dining space, and a backyard which leads onto a communal garden. The property will be shared with me as a live in landlord.

Along with the bedroom, you would have your own bathroom (shown in pictures) that has its own bath/shower. The bathroom is located across the hall from the bedroom.

All bills, council tax and wifi is included in the rent.

There is on street parking near the property available and a designated spot outside the front of the house may be available upon discussion.

The room for rent is fully furnished as shown in the photo with a double bed (plus mattress), clothes rail, desk, chair, mirror and bedside table.
