Double room with ensuite for short term let

We have a fully furnished double bedroom with ensuite and built in wardrobe available for short term let until mid July 2026.

The apartment is in the new build Soho Wharf development. The apartment has a communal kitchen and living area and a julliette balcony. We are on the top floor and get the sun all day due to the many windows. We really enjoy living here - the place is brand new, bus stop directly across the road, direct canal access and 15-min walk to town. There is a new cafe and budgens store in the complex too.

We are a New Zealand couple who work in science / research. We enjoy the outdoors, music, pubs, and sport. We are relaxed, quiet and keep the place reasonably clean so someone on the same wavelength would suit well.

We have a cat called Tiggs. He is 13 years, has no teeth and rules the apartment. You would need to be a cat lover as he loves a fuss and playing with his toys around the apartment. That said, he doesn't go into the double room as our flatmate normally keeps this door shut (so no cat fur!).

Rent 770 per month, all bills included.
