Hi I’m a live in land lord and work from home part of the time. I have 2 furnished double rooms available for a mature student or solo professional who is clean, respectful and looking for a comfortable home environment. I have a lovely border collie named max (11 years old!) who is very chilled- so being dog friendly and giving the occasional dog treat would be recommended 🙂

Excellent spot in Selly park with great links for public transport:
45/47 bus stop within a 1 minute walk for travel to Birmingham City Centre within 15 minutes.
10 minute walk to local larger amenities and shops (Aldi, Lidl & Morrisons) as well as bars and restaurants in Stirchley and Selly Oak train station all within a 15 minute walk/ 5 min bus.
University of Birmingham and QE Hospital are easily accessible via short routes or 5 minute drive.
1 minute walk from the lovely River Rea and Cannon Hill Park for walks, running and cycling routes + MAC Art centre.

£660 a month inclusive of bills (water, broadband, council tax band B, gas & electric) and cleaner of communal areas

Monday to Friday- reduced rate
